Thankfully, I've only ever seen this bug once in Factions specific areas (in the Warden Room of Urgoz's Warren), but it seems to happen very often in both UW and SF. In Sorrow's, the corridor from the first big chamber (where Oro waits) down to the Basilica and the forest seems to be the most common place for me to glitch. I've 'sunk' a bit into the floor more times than I care to mention, but it's just as common when nothing is visibly wrong - my character just freezes. I can still jump and turn in a circle, but not move.

UW though is very much more annoying. For one thing, in a two man team, there's no rebirth to teleport you to safety. Secondly, the 1000g entry fee means you really shouldn't be caught up in this sort of glitch (you shouldn't anywhere, but it's a bit more important if they make you pay to enter the area, no?). Thirdly, as above mentioned, sometimes Ectos and other drops mysteriously fall through the floor and become unobtainable (that usually only happens to me in the first room, where you spawn).

In UW, it's sometimes more obvious where the terrain is glitched because mobs can also frequently get stuck. The ramps in the second chamber ('Clear the Chamber' quest, with the first group of Terrorwebs) spring immediately to mind, it's not at all unusual to see a Grasp or a Nightmare stuck on those. Never seen an Aatxe get caught there, but it seems to be really buggy.

Hope they get this sorted out, but as you say - it depends on more of us taking and sending shots rather than fuming quietly and trying to think of some way to salvage the situation.
